Generate Graphs

A review of two matrix-like plots made with R using two breast cancer datasets. Shows how to read and interpret the small scatterplots generated by the simplest line of code in R, namely: plot(fileName) which gives all the possible combinations of bivariate graphs from that datasets. That is, all the possible graphs after using one column for X and one for Y until all combinations are used up. The header names appear diagonally in the matrix arrangement and must be read down/up and across left/right to identify a particular graph.
