Animal Flow is a structured series of animal-style movements that can be linked together to form flows (similar to yoga, calisthenics and capoeira). It's good for building mobility, flexibility, strength and developing motor control. As an almost 40 year old masters track athlete, strength and speed is not something I lack but I could do with more flexibility and mobility. So, in this video, after a season of hard track training and racing, I try Animal Flow for 30 days to see if I can experience and gain some of the proclaimed benefits.
