If you experience neck pain, shoulder tension, or stiffness from prolonged computer use, today’s BMWQG practice emphasizes slowness, mindfulness, and intentional relaxation, following the traditional teachings of the Medical Qigong Master Dr. Bingkun Hu who I had the fortune of studying with for 27 years. This session is intentionally very slow, allowing the nervous system to settle and the joints to open naturally without strain. 🧘♀️ PRACTICE FOCUS — DAY 14 Today we move without general patting, beginning directly with slow shoulder rolls, practiced both forward and backward, gradually expanding in range. Throughout the movement, attention is placed on relaxing the Six Big Joints: -neck -shoulders -elbows -wrists -hips -knees -ankles As the circles enlarge, we coordinate the breath with movement and allow the whole body to participate. This gradual progression naturally evolves into: Row Boat Qigong — forward & reverse of the 12 Treasures Qigong series The emphasis is not on range, but on relaxation and awareness. 🧠 INTENT (YI 意) Today’s practice highlights Yi (意) — intentional, mindful awareness. Yi guides the movement: -without force -without strain -allowing the body to reorganize itself The slower the movement, the clearer the Yi. ✨ BONE MARROW WASHING QIGONG (BMWQG) 🔹 Pre-Preparation Qigong -Relaxing arms, shoulders, and spine -Gentle weight shifting -Preparing the body to receive Qi 🔹 Anti-Gravity Qigong Cultivating natural lightness Allowing the spine and joints to lengthen Avoiding effort or pushing 🙏 BMWQG — SECTION ONE (INTEGRATED) Today we practice Section One as a cohesive whole, allowing the three parts to flow together naturally: Part 1 — Prayer Part 2 — Spreading the Arms Separation meditation Smooth, supported movement No over-stretching Core supports the expansion Neck and shoulders remain relaxed 'Separation' in the 3 main directions: -Above - Below -Apart from the Midline -Front & Back Part 3 — Stairway to Heaven Emphasis on the double Qi shower A second pair of hands behind you drawing Qi down Deep internal settling The practice is quieter, slower, and more integrated than earlier days. 🧘♀️ HOW TO PRACTICE Move slowly and comfortably Let relaxation lead the movement Yi (intent) is more important than form Stop before fatigue ⚠️ IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTE Qigong is generally considered safe for most people. Please practice within your comfort level and consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or wellness program. 🔔 STAY CONNECTED 🎁 Free resource: 12 Treasures Qigong for a Pain-Free Day (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Uj3j...) 📩 Subscribe to continue the 31-Day BMWQG Challenge #HASHTAGS #BMWQG #BoneMarrowWashingQigong #NeckPainRelief #ComputerNeck #QigongForPain #SixBigJoints #YiIntent #ChineseMedicine #QiMastery #naturalpainmanagement #naturalhealing #qigongforbeginners #qigongforhealing #JointPainRelief #movingmeditation #adrenalhealth #slowandsteady #mindfulmeditation
