Learn Indian violin

Indian violin style is the study of decades rather than minutes, but here's a bluffer's way into the style, using a simple D Mixolydian mode and a few slides! Using parts of "Within You Without You" by the Beatles, I show an intro, the main verse, and a 5/4 improvisation. There are also links to a performance of myself with Indian violinist Jyotsna Srikanth, and to a recording of myself with All about Eve, playing the same scale but in a rock/Celtic context.
