This class incorporates strength, mobility and balance training. Exercises are first done in a seated position then transition to standing. This workout includes the five fundamental human movements (push, pull, hinge, squat & loaded carry) to support activities of daily living. Additional exercises will be incorporated to help improve balance through weight shifting, transferring and center of gravity management.
