Hello to all you little fairies, happy New Year!💕 To celebrate the beginning of 2026 with you, I decided to share some moments from these holiday days. I hope this video brings you the same enjoyment and relaxation as always. I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank you endlessly for your support over the past year. I never take it for granted. You are making my dream of living from my creations possible. 🤍 💕 PANNA COTTA (Serves 4) 💕 INGREDIENTS 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar 1 vanilla bean (or 1 teaspoon vanilla paste) 2 teaspoons powdered gelatin 3 tablespoons cold water INSTRUCTIONS 1) In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it blooms. 2) Pour the cream into a saucepan. Add the sugar. 3) Cut the vanilla bean lengthwise, scrape out the seeds (or vanilla extract), and add both the seeds and the pod to the cream 5) Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring gently, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Do not let it boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and take out the vanilla pod. 7) Add the bloomed gelatin to the hot cream and stir until it is fully dissolved. 8) Pour the mixture into four small glasses or ramekins. 9) Let them cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 5 hours, or until set. 10) Serve chilled, plain or topped with fresh fruit or fruit sauce.
