Well, we're done with growing things outside for this year. Last week we took our good carrots and stowed them away in our small homemade freezer / cellar. This week we try something different for cleaning our carrots. After a little bit of drill power, we cut the carrots into small pieces and boil them for 4 minutes before vacuum packing them for freezing.
