Hi everyone, This video is about a shift in perspective when it comes to coping with reactions and withdrawal from antidepressants/benzos/antipsychotics etc. I also explain what I do as I coach, since people have been questioning me about that lately. My own belief is that it’s super important to leave the “fear forums” and focus on recovery because the overwhelming majority of people recover from their symptoms. It’s just getting through the journey that is so difficult. You need all the support and hope you can get until you have some space from your symptoms, and then there are many other things to possibly explore like supplements, tests, alternative healing modalities, diets, courses, etc further down the line. I’ve taken several courses that I can comment on firsthand so people find that helpful. I also can show you legitimate ways to make extra income online even with no skills, connect you with resources to apply for disability in Canada, hook you up with healing buddies, send success stories, share how I dealt with extreme mental and other symptoms, talk with your family members etc. Please, if you find no value in my videos or on my channel, leave and find someone whose perspective is more in line with your own.
