This week, I wanted to see what would happen if I tried to make the perfect week of running. Running the “right” amount. Training with intention. Doing everything by the plan. It didn’t turn out perfect — mostly because heat, fatigue, and real life had other ideas. But it did teach me something important about consistency, expectations, and what actually matters when you’re getting back into running.
