Wide of area STORYLINE: Israeli tanks and ground troops started to move on Monday night towards the Israeli-Lebanon border in preparation for what appeared to be another operation inside Lebanese territory. Dozens of tanks drove to different positions along the border in northern Israel, waiting for the order to cross into Lebanon. Meanwhile, the Golani Infantry unit, one of Israel's elite units, also began marching towards the border. The soldiers marched for miles and then waited so that their movements could be coordinated with that of other units. The Israeli Cabinet met earlier on Monday to decide whether to expand its ground offensive in southern Lebanon.
