Learn a good partner stretch routine that can be done with a partner. I have been working on getting my flexibility back over the last few weeks. I found that going back to the way I trained when I was younger has been the best to get me back to where I want to be. These were some of my favorites. As I note in the video, always know your limits. Only push yourself as far as you feel safe, but you will experience pain no matter what.
