For a project of this complexity, conventional approaches were not enough. That’s why NOVO partnered with Primekss. Together, we engineered solutions that: • Control shrinkage at early-age and long-term stages, reducing cracking risk. • Deliver seamless slabs, critical for vibration control and cleanroom performance. • Provide future flexibility, allowing penetrations and process changes without the delays of mesh-reinforced slabs. • Enable construction speed of up to 9,500 m² per week while meeting strict durability criteria. • Create a lean, low-carbon structure, reducing massive volumes of steel, concrete, and CO₂. The Combideck solution for elevated slabs was a key innovation, but only one part of a wider collaboration where engineering rigor, sustainability, and performance all had to align.
