How have you been lately? 🤍 I might be planning a trip back home soon, and recently I’ve been busy with lots of little things and a very hectic work schedule. Feel free to drop any feedback or suggestions in the comments—I’d love to hear how I can improve🩵 If you enjoyed spending this cozy evening with me, I would be so grateful if you'd give it a THUMBS UP and SUBSCRIBE for more content centered around slow living and finding joy in the everyday. ------ Shrimp-Stuffed Chicken Wings 🍗🦐 Ingredients Chicken wings Shrimp paste Garlic, minced Oyster sauce Light soy sauce Dark soy sauce Black pepper Salt Cola Honey 🧑🍳Instructions 1.Cut off both ends of the chicken wings and carefully remove the bones, keeping the wings intact. 2.Stuff the wings with shrimp paste and set aside. 3.In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, black pepper, salt, and a splash of cola. Mix well. 4.Marinate the stuffed chicken wings for 10 minutes. 5.Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
