This ERN ReCONNET webinar focuses on systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease. The treatment landscape of systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD) treatment is rapidly evolving with new drugs and new strategies. This webinar will provide an update on the current armamentarium and guidelines for SSc-ILD. Furthermore, what is recommended, what is known, and what is on the agenda regarding the still unmet needs in this complication will be presented. The patient's perspective on ILD will also be discussed. The speaker of this webinar is: Prof. David Launay (MD, Lille University Hospital, France) The moderators of this webinar are: 1. Prof. Vanessa Smith (MD, Ghent University Hospital, Ghent, Belgium) 2. Prof. Marco Matucci Cerinic (MD, IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital, Milan, Italy) David Launay, MD, is Professor of Internal Medicine at Lille University Hospital. He is the deputy coordinator for research at a National Reference Centre for rare auto-immune diseases. He is the president of the French Research Group on Systemic Sclerosis. He is the Deputy Director Institute for Translational Research in Inflammation (INFINITE) and the Director of the Federative University Hospital project on precision health in immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (FHU PRECISE; NCT04334031). David Launay is the author of 421 manuscripts including 343 articles, 39 reviews, 28 letters, and 11 editorials. He is the first author of 55 manuscripts and the last author of 24. Sixty-six manuscripts are in the top 10% of InCites and 11 are in the top 1%. His works were cited 14670 times with an h-index of 60.
