This session addresses the EU’s challenges for copyright holders and users in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. After an overview of recent case-law on copyright in the Digital Single Market, a panel of high-level speakers will set the scene for discussions on copyright and competitiveness, the role of exceptions and fundamental rights, and the impact of evolving business models on licensing schemes and remuneration.
