Hi my loves! Today’s class is a sneaky killer! I would suggest that this is more of an Intermediate level, but you can absolutely regress and work through it at your pace. We’re targeting our inner thighs today, as I know for myself my adductors are a lot weaker than my abductors because I tend to focus so much on my glutes and quads. But it’s so important that we keep our inner thighs strong! Really hope you enjoy this one, let me know in the comments what you thought and if there’s anything you’d like to see in future classes!
