Hey everyone 💛 Happy New Year! Here is today’s class which I think is one of my more challenging classes that I’ve taught so far. Evident through me forgetting where I’m up to several times throughout because all my energy has gone to what I’m doing 😂 Today’s class focuses on a lot of stabilising sequences whilst also challenging our muscles by really pushing to fatigue. If you don’t have a long resistance band, you can substitute one with a pair of light hand weights for the standing leg series and in the core sequence just work without one.
