Hi everyone! Today’s class is an intense one, we truly dig deep to push through the burn with the combos today! I would advise that this class is more of an intermediate level, (I caught myself by surprise with how challenging the side plank series was 🤭), and there is a resistance band in use. However, if you are a beginner that is absolutely okay! You can get rid of the band from the get go, or just take modifications throughout. And of course, small breaks when you need are fine and normal!! Please bear with me over the next week or so for the next class video, I will do my best to film another but we are in the final two weeks of our Melbourne season of the musical I’m in. So there are rehearsals happening in the studio when normally it’s free and I’m trying to pack my life back up haha! As always, thank you for watching.
