Honey Sriracha Wings Ingredients for Sriracha honey sauce: Mayonnaise 1 cup Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp Chili sauce 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce ¼ cup Honey ¼ cup Salt 1 tsp Paprika powder 1 tbsp Ingredients for wings marination: Chicken wings 900g Chili sauce 2 tbsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Egg 1 Paprika powder 1 tbsp Mixed herbs 1 tsp Red chili flakes 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp White pepper powder 1 tsp All-purpose flour 1 cup Parsley for garnishing (as required) Sesame seeds for garnishing (as required) Directions for honey sriracha sauce: 1- In a bowl add mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, salt, and paprika powder and mix it well. Directions for wings marination: 1- In a bowl add chili sauce, soy sauce, egg, paprika powder, mixed herbs, red chili flakes, garlic powder, and white pepper powder and mix it well. 2- Take the wings cut them from the center, now add all-purpose flour, mix it, and marinate them in the mixture for 30 minutes. 3- Deep fry in the heated oil until fully done. 4- Now toss it well in the prepared honey sriracha sauce and garnish it with parsley and sesame seeds. 5- Your sticky sriracha honey wings are ready.
