Giant 855-B Deburring/Burnishing Compound with Inhibitor 4. Batch of Freshly Machined Bolt Carriers 5. Fresh Bath of Giant I-85 Rust inhibitor and water 5-10% dilution 3:15 Credits Step #1 Load your Giant GBB-4 Vibratory bowl with the Giant Gun SF Media Step #2 Set up a 2-3% dilution of Giant 855-B Deburring/Burnishing Compound with Inhibitor with water. (Please Note this may vary with water hardness) Ideally you would set this up with a premixing compound system. This will require a fresh water line and a drain. (If this is not available water recycling is possible) Please contact your local Giant Finishing Metal Finishing Expert to discuss. Step #3 While machine is running, Load your batch of freshly machined bolt carriers through out the bowl spacing relatively evenly throughout the bowl. (DO NOT DUMP PARTS IN) Dumping parts may result in damage to parts and production of scrap. Note the action in the machine can be adjusted to handle multiple parts without damage Step #4 Set up a 5 gallon bucket of Giant I-85 Rust Inhibitor and fresh water about a 5-10% dilution (Set Aside) Step #5 Run for 1 hour Step #6 Pick parts out of Giant Model GBB-4 Vibratory bowl and place in Fresh bath of Giant I-85 Rust Inhibitor and water. Step #7 Pull parts out of I-85 bath and blow off or let air dry.
