The nomadic movement is the free spirited duo of Jordan and Kaylee. A young couple that loves to travel and vlog their daily activities. Their youtube channel has 3 hundred and 82 thousand subscribers and 479 video uploads to date. They started publishing content in June of 2017 and since then have gotten a total of 63.4 million views on their videos. Their most popular upload named: Eco Tiny House with UNBELIEVABLE View of Guatemala has 2.9 M views. They have lived in Boquete for the last 3 years. It’s a small mountain town in Panama, located in the westernmost Province of Chiriquí, surrounded by Panama's green mountain highlands. Their original plan was to ship their van to South America and travel and live freely in the most beautiful countries of Latin America. But when they found Boquete; they fell in love with the natural beauty and decided to stay and pursue their dream of building an off-grid tiny house community. The couple bought 3 acres of land and started to develop it in 2020, just a month before the global pandemic occurred. The couple found a way to bring life to a land that was completely isolated. The homesteading techniques deployed helped them stay almost free of carbon emission. To provide a solution for clean water, the couple built a system that filters water from rain that occurs most of the time in the area. And to cater energy for their minibus and work sheds, they used solar and wind power to generate electricity! Most of their videos entail the struggles of embracing the hashtag van life and living off grid in a tiny space. Also some DIY activities and homesteading. Jordan & Kaylee built a bus-based tiny house in just two months to live in Boquete. Which is quite impressive and in my opinion a small price to pay to live life to the fullest. Jordan was born on January 2, 1992, in Massachusetts, United States of America, in a family of photographers. His Dad does commercial photography and his brother does multimedia for Harvard. As a form of rebellion Jordan never took an interest in holding a camera for a living. Instead, he dreamt of having his own restaurant. That’s why for three years, he became a restaurant manager. Kaylee was also from Massachusetts and was a former licensed esthetician. An esthetician is a trained technician who specializes in skin beautification. She recently became a mother of an adorable and healthy baby named Sadie, born in September last year through water birth! Congratulations on the new addition to the family! Living the Dream Lifestyle the couple started to travel to the western regions of South America. Since 2017, they have been sharing their life on their YouTube channel. They moved along the coasts and shorelines of America and overseas in a converted minibus, which they called “Jenny”. It has served as their home sweet home for three and a half years. It has functionalities that make the couple not just live in an actual home but also have an extraordinary life on wheels along with their charming furry friends. A cat named “Roger” and a beagle named “Lola.” It wasn’t always so as in the early days Jordan made 0.31 dollars after 3 months of posting videos on youtube. But now he has a $40 editing course and makes about 10 grand a month via youtube streams. Which could easily scale up to 50 grand a month sometimes. They also can earn 40 thousand dollars by selling merch through their website. They also have a Patreon account. After taxes they make a net profit of about 230 thousand dollars per year.
