Since the very beginning of role-playing games, Dungeon Masters have been changing the rules to fit their personal worlds. Within the writings in the original Dungeons & Dragons books, Gary Gygax encouraged new DMs to do anything and everything they felt could make their games more fun. This episode contains some simple examples of House Ruling an RPG. It's a very OSR way to play. Most House Rules are unwritten additions that are easy to remember and use. Since there is no such thing as the perfect set of rules, it’s up to you to make the rules better for you and your players. Thanks for watching, and let us know what you think!
