In 2010 Jonah started to experience pain in his neck, back and legs, which he thought was linked to his active lifestyle. Two years later he had his first flare up ; leaving him in agonising pain and resulting in a visit to A&E. Despite the numerous trips to the GP and referrals to physio, it took five years for Jonah to finally get a diagnosis of axial SpA (AS).
