Here is Video 3 of 6 in my 6-part video series on the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT). In this video I go over the ACFT SPRINT DRAG CARRY hitting on some points of performance to help you sprint, drag and carry faster! As always, any questions just hit me up in the comments! My biggest tips for you are to: 1. Add some 300m SHUTTLES to your routine (I go over rest times in the video and much more in-depth in the blog listed below) 2. Get in weekly FARMER CARRIES 3. If you have access to a sled, START PULLING it. If you don't make one! 4. Pre-training, after your Dynamic Warm-up/Pre-Hab work add some CHANGE OF DIRECTION drills! This test I would argue is the MOST "FUNCTIONAL" of any of the 6 tests. But boy oh boy is there a lot of moving pieces and equipment involved. But the good thing is you can break each component down individually to train for.
