These frozen parathas are perfect for quick breakfasts, lunchboxes, or Ramadan meal prep. Just cook directly from frozen and enjoy fresh, homemade paratha anytime. Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour (maida) or wheat flour 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp oil or ghee Water (as needed) Oil or ghee for layering Recipe: In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and oil. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest the dough for 20–30 minutes. Divide dough into 5 to6 equal balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle. Apply oil/ghee and dust dry flour fold or roll to create layers. Flatten gently and roll again. Lightly cook each paratha on a pan for about 30–40 seconds on each side (do not fully cook). Let them cool completely, store in an airtight zip bag. Freeze for up to 1–2 months.
