It took a lot for me to get this video made…but I knew once I started making the project, I would start to feel better. It worked! It’s proven that Art can help with your mental health and I hope more will embrace Art to help them - even if it’s not “pretty”. Make bad Art! It’s all about the process. Life has gotten rough lately and I truly thought about quitting this channel all together, but if I had only one person watch this and make some Art with me, and it made them feel better, then it was all worth the time to set up for the video.
