Traveling around Bulgaria I was able to find some great vegan options. Sofia the capital city of Bulgaria especially has a great vegan scene, with nice restaurants, health food shops, bakeries, coffee shops... If you are traveling to Bulgaria soon and you want to find the best vegan places to visit, here is a list for you. The first place that I visited was the bakery Furna, and here I tried the famous Bulgarian Banitsa. Then I had lunch in Edgy Veggy which surprised me with their unbelievable tiramisu. And to top of the day, I went to Plant Bite, a beautiful restaurant that has many options and sources their food from The Vegetarian Butcher. Here I tried the popular french dessert Mille-feuille, and it was absolutely delicious.
