A louder volume version for mobiles. A 'just-tones' version of my 8-hour sleep cycle isochronic tones session. Designed to guide your brainwave activity through a typical 8-hour sleep pattern. The video will start to gradually fade to a black screen around the 30-second mark to keep the room dark during the night. NOTE: This is the third upload of this video, as I've raised the volume each time to try and accommodate mobile users with weaker bass speakers. The volume level on this was set to the maximum level for these tones. Any higher and it would start to make clipping sounds. Unfortunately, the bass level on many mobiles is very weak, which does mean it can be a struggle to hear isochronic tones on them. Unless you plug in an external speaker or use headphones. I tested this track on an iPhone 10 and it was loud enough to hear clearly and sleep to. In addition to the relaxing music soundtrack, this track also contains isochronic tones and amplitude entrainment effects embedded into the music. Amplitude entrainment involves a process of distorting the sound to produce vibrations, which vibrate in unison with the frequency of the brainwave entrainment session. These vibrations can sound very hypnotic, making them very effective and ideal for a sleep track like this one.
