The following is NOT intended for specific instruction, rather as inspiration to make your own campus workouts! Campus board is extremely beneficial, but can be dangerous if not tailored for your ability level. Please consult a certified coach or trainer before attempting any campus board exercises. I personally work with, and recommend, Kris Peters and Justen Sjong of Team of 2. Their online plans are awesome! Pull Throughs: 2x per arm 6 sets Large rungs 3-4 min rest between sets 5 min rest Pull-up Bumps 1x per arm 4 sets Large Rungs 3-4 min rest between sets 5 min rest Go-Agains 3x per arm 6 sets Large Rungs 3-4 min between sets Ladder Laps Up and down the campus board w/o touching the ground, till failure. 1 set Large rungs Finish with a solid core workout and call it good! :)
