It wouldn’t idle, it had no power, and it barely made it up the trailer at full throttle. In this video, I dive into why someone would rip out the Bosch fuel injection (D-Jetronic) and how I perfected this "failed project" into a reliable, fun driver. After driving snd enjoying it all summer, its time to sit down and talk about it. From hand-filing carburetor adapters and making custom gaskets to fixing vacuum advance lines and tuning for the 4.5L V8, this was a rescue mission for a classic R107 that nobody else wanted to touch.
