L-FRESH the LION unveils how he used Hip Hop to discover his own identity and inner humanity, and how he shares his lessons with others. L-FRESH The LION is a 23-year-old Hip Hop Artist and Producer. He has spent the past 4 years working with young people in Sydney's South West, using music as a tool to connect them with their inner visions. He also remained connected to the local community by running creative arts based leadership programs. It is within the community that he discovered music and Hip Hop's greatest purpose. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
