Every one of our Aide's should know how to "Take a Subjective" in WebPT. Make sure that you are competent with the system and that your subjectives are appropriately written as medical and legal documentation. The electronic medical record helps to have better flow and continuity with patients. Physical Therapists will always review what you have written before signing off on the note. It is your job to make it so they have to edit or add as little as possible and to speed up the flow of the clinic. Subjective should only have what patients say, not what you think about it. Write what they report.
