It also includes a debris shield for catching dust and cuttings which helps cut down on post installation cleanup. Can be used for installation of recessed lights, audio speakers, fire and security systems. Note: Be sure to check the directions with the recessed light being installed to make sure you cut the correct diameter opening. In most cases the light will come with a paper template that can be traced and then used as a guide to cut on. In the example of this 6" fixture the appropriate size could be between 6 1/8" - 6 1/4".
