When an executive for Campbell's said they made products for poor people, and they used 3D printed meat, I decided to make this channel a real thing. The misconceptions, and outright lies within the food industry have driven me to the point of anger. How is it that so many people don't know what they're eating? Why do legacy brands tie up grocery store shelf space with products with questionable wholesomeness? The Campbell's story made me pause because their name is synonymous with wholesomeness. But is it? _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup 10.75 oz Can $1.99 .04 oz chicken 4% of net weight $.08 per can 5.4 oz Noodles 50% of net weight $1.00 per can 4.7 oz concentrated broth 45% of net weight $0.91 per can My soup $2.14 Chicken - $0.62 (4 oz used) Pasta - $0.50 (Kroger Brand is $1.00 per box. Half used) Broth - $.50 ($1.00 per quart. about half used for this recipe) Veggies - $0.52 It is $0.15 more expensive to make a real soup. I'd also argue, my soup is a two person meal where Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup falsely claims 2.5 servings. 1/5 stars. Would not recommend eating or serving this to anyone, regardless of their financial situation. This product lacks nutrition and should not be taken seriously as a meal which will sustain human life. This product should be renamed to Noodle Chicken Soup. There is hardly enough chicken to honestly list it as an ingredient.
