Dual side PCB etching is not a easy task but it's headache in head, in this video I am trying to show you how to make dual side PCB by easiest way, in this video you will learn everything of dual side PCB etching. First of all design a dual side PCB on Eagle or any other software, but keep in mind, don't put vias just under the Electronics components because it will be difficult to solder, also make minimum vias because it's not a professional double side PCB, because we are using wires for vias. Then print out the both side of PCB on a normal magzine paper (just use old magazines, but don't use very thin or bad quality paper) after it cut the dual side copper clad PCB and clean it with a sand paper or steel scrubber from both side, then simply place one side of PCB print on the copper clad PCB and align it perfectly and simply iron it by normal electrical iron on full heat Hardware: 1.
