Ingredients Pasta: 200g Chicken: 200g (julienne cut0 Onion: 1medium Salt: 1tsp Pepper: 1/2tsp Spinach: 100g Garlic: 1tbsp Cashews: 1/2 cup Lemon juice: 1tbsp Garlic: 1clove Milk: 1 cup Cheddar cheese: 2tbsp Method 1- In a boiling water add oil. Add pasta and boil as per packet instructions. Stir continuously so that it doesn't stick to the pan. Strain and pour cold water. 2- Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan. Add chicken and fry on low heat till it changes its color to golden brown. Add salt, pepper, onions and cook for 2-3 minutes until onions are soft. Remove chicken to a separate dish. 3- Heat oil in a pan. Add spincah and garlic and cook for 2 mins till its soft. Remove in a dish. 4- Take Cashews and pour hot water over them and saok for 15 mins.Drain and add them in a blender. Add lemon juice, garlic clove and little bit of water. Make a paste. 5- In a pan add milk and cashew paste and mix well. Add cheese, chicken and spinach. Add pasta and combine well so that all the pasta is covered in sauce.
