Day 2 of our Northumberland 250 tour takes us to the northernmost point on the route at Berwick Upon Tweed before turning back south and crossing in and out of Scotland. We take in the beautiful Kielder Forest ( the biggest in England) and ride the famous 12 mile Kielder Forest Drive a real challenge for Sue who hasn't ridden any significant gravel/dirt roads. We stay at The Gun at Ridsdale, a lovely community owned pub with a stunning view, before taking a cultural and historical tour of Roman Britain by visiting a Roman Fort and eventually finding Hadrian's Wall!
