Episode 23 Easy simple stew/pie dumplings Makes 15 dumplings Ingredients 100g plain flour 50g butter Black pepper 1tspn baking powder 1/2 tspn salt Instructions In a bowl add the flour, pepper, salt and baking powder, give it a mix then add the butter, break the butter with your fingers and slowly start adding bits of water, until the dough comes together but doesnt stick on your hands.
