Boatyards produce boats for fishing docks on demand. Each boat costs 2000 wood. Boats are ordered from the sidebar of the fishing dock. The Boatyard also maintains existing boats, repairing them when they become too damaged to be used. Up to 3 boats may be stationed at one fishing dock. The dock can also produce Dried Fish. Providing the dock with salt and setting a production limit for dried fish in docks' sidebar with allow production to commence. The sidebar will list the current status of the fish drying 'batches' one batch requires 50 fish and 30 salt, and takes approximately one month to complete.
