LOTUS MUDRA - Sit in easy pose, rub hands together INHALE- stretching the arms out to sides EXHALE bringing hands back at heart in LOTUS MUDRA (thumbs/pinky touching)- 1-3 2. INTERLACE PINKIES - curled fingers and thumbs pointing up pull on pinkies at SOLAR PLEXUS - BREATH OF FIRE- bellow navel- FEEL PULL ACROSS LOWER BACK 1-3 (generate heat and work on one side of adrenals) 3. CANNON BREATH easy pose straight spine, hands relax O SHAPE CANNON BREATH - Breath of Fire (works on other side of adrenals) 4. EASY POSE- L. Hand behind back at bottom rib R arm extended out in front of, flexed wrist to deg spine straight stretch from shoulders -EYES WIDE OPEN - CHANT HAR HAR HAR powerfully from NAVEL 5. BODY DROPS - in Full lotus-place hands on ground at side INHALE UP EXHALE - Drop down (1-3) (Note- spinal alignment crucial, neck lock and spine erect, back molars together to protect tongue) 6. EASY POSE - hands in front solar plexus, L hand facing body and R hand pressing L wrist with base of palm. With head and neck lock look down with powerful long deep breathing (1-3) cleansing deep breath 7. FRONT STRETCH with SPINE STRAIGHT legs stretched knees locked, Arms parallel to ground, hand and fist and thumbs pointing up, INHALE STRETCH FORWARD EXHALE - leaning back. Powerful breaths (Keep arms parallel on inhale and exhale -1-3) 8 PELVIC LIFT lying on back, bend knee, soles of feet flat on ground, heels at buttocks grab ankles INHALE- lift pelvis up EXHALE lower down 1-3 9. MODIFIED CAT/COW COW - EXHALE down bringing knee to forehead INHALE - stretch leg out, up and back- dont over extend- - 1-3 b/l 10. SITTING ON HEELS -forearms on ground in front of knees, palms together in prayer pose, thumbs pointing up, - keep chin up to create pressure lower back 1-3 11. BACK ROLLS- knees to chest, nose between knees, breath normal, roll.
