In this recipe, I have used a special fresh masala paste with ginger, garlic, coriander, mint, green chillies and coconut which gives amazing flavor to the pulao. Vegetables like carrot, beans, cauliflower and avarekalu (hyacinth beans) make this pulao healthy and tasty. This easy veg pulao can be prepared by beginners also and it comes out perfect every time.
