You will feel great after this seated workout that will improve your mobility, flexibility and strength! All exercises are easy to follow and are completed in a seated position. All you need is a chair to sit on. It needs to have a back on it, and preferable with no side arms to allow for greater range of movement. We will also be using a small ball for this workout. If you don't have a ball, a small pillow or yoga block will work as well. Have fun with these joint friendly exercises! The resistance that the ball or pillow provides helps build strength in a gentle manner. There are lots of stretches throughout this workout to improve your range of motion and flexibility.
