These super moist vanilla cupcakes are made using simple pantry ingredients and the right baking technique — no box mix, no fancy substitutes. They’re soft, fluffy, less sweet, and stay moist for at least 4 days, making them perfect for winter and Christmas baking 🎄🧁 ⸻ 🧾 INGREDIENTS • 1 cup all-purpose flour / maida • 1¼ tsp baking powder • ⅛ tsp salt • ¾ cup superfine or powdered sugar • 2 large eggs (room temperature) • 60 g butter • ½ cup milk (preferably full-fat) • 1½ tsp oil • 2 tsp vanilla extract ⸻ 🧁 KEY TECHNIQUE & TIPS • Preheat oven at 165°C for 30 mins (I do it twice for 15 mins as my OTG doesn’t have a 30-min option) • Beat eggs & sugar for 6–7 mins till pale and fluffy • Add dry ingredients gently — low speed, short mixing • Use hot milk + melted butter for better rise • Fill liners only ⅔ to ¾ full • Gently tap tray to level the batter • Add 4–5 grains of rice between liner and tin for even base baking • Bake at 170°C for 20 mins • Check at 18 mins with a toothpick • Clean toothpick = done • Sticky crumbs = bake 1 more minute and check again 🎶 MUSIC CREDIT Music: The Christmas Corporate Artist: Royalty Free Music / Jamendo Source: Adobe Stock Asset ID: 449234401 #christmascake #cakerecipe #cookingsorted #cupcakes #holidayseason
