Try this recipe at home and let me know how it turns out in the comments 💬 Don’t forget to like, share & subscribe for more easy and delicious recipes! 🌿 Ingredients (for 2 glasses) • Thick Aval / Poha (preferably red) – 100 g, dry roasted • Milk – 350ml • Banana – 2 (red banana or robusta works best) • Peanuts – 50 g, dry roasted & skin removed • Boost / Bournvita / Malt powder – 3 tbsp • Sugar – 6 tbsp (adjust to taste) • Optional toppings – cherries, tutti frutti, or nuts ⸻ Method 1. Mash bananas with 2 tbsp Boost powder until smooth. 2. Mix milk with sugar and 1 tbsp Boost, keep aside. 3. In two serving glasses, layer in order: mashed banana → roasted aval → peanuts. Repeat the same layering once more. Do this step in both glasses alternately for even layers. 4. Pour the sweetened milk gently so it seeps through the layers. 5. Dust some Boost on top and garnish with cherries, tutti frutti, or nuts. Serve cool and enjoy!
