☄ practical idea How to Make Glow-in-the-Dark Playdough (Phosphorescent and Luminous in the Dark) Ingredients: White flour (2 cups) Salt (½ cup) Warm water (1 cup) Vegetable oil or olive oil (2 tablespoons) Glow powder (phosphorescent) or glow paint (1 tablespoon) Cream of tartar (1 tablespoon, for longer shelf life – optional) --- Instructions: 1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. 2. In a separate container, combine warm water, oil, and glow powder. 3. Gradually add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture while stirring. 4. If you have cream of tartar, add it to extend the dough’s longevity. 5. Once the dough forms, knead it on a floured surface until soft and smooth. 6. For better glow effects, expose the playdough to light (such as sunlight or a lamp) to "charge" it. 7. Test it in a dark room—your playdough should glow in the dark! --- Tips: Glow powder can be purchased from art supply stores or chemical supply shops. If you don’t have glow powder, you can use glow paint mixed with water. Store the playdough in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. If you want it to be edible, use tonic water (which contains quinine) instead of glow powder—it glows under UV light! #playdough #glow #flour
