This guided practice invites you on a gentle inner journey toward the quiet, sacred space within the heart. It supports you in moving beyond surface awareness to connect with a deeper inner presence, experienced as warmth, light, and silent guidance. Settle comfortably and bring gentle awareness to the breath, allowing the body and mind to relax. Slowly move attention through the body, softening and releasing tension while becoming inwardly quiet. From this calm space, allow awareness to travel within toward the heart — the inner cave. Sense yourself entering this sacred space where a steady, warm flame is present, offering support, guidance, and a deep feeling of connection. Rest quietly with this inner presence, allowing its warmth and light to fill the heart. When ready, gently return to the breath and surroundings, carrying a sense of gratitude and inner connection forward. Do sit in a place where you can be with yourself. Relax and spend this time for your own inner work.
