Various of fires and plumes of smoke beyond skyline STORYLINE: Pillars of flame rose above an oil storage facility in Tehran late on Saturday as Israel carried out further air strikes. Video of the skyline showed a glowing horizon illuminating huge plumes of smoke. Israel's military confirmed that it hit the fuel storage facilities in Tehran. It appeared to be the first time a civil industrial facility has been targeted in the war. State media blamed “an attack from the U.S. and the Zionist regime” at the facility that supplies the capital and neighboring provinces. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday promised “many surprises” for the next phase of the week-old conflict. The strike came after U.S. President Donald Trump warned in a Truth Social post that more Iranian officials would be targets.
