The most prestigious restaurant award given in Japan is the Tabelog Award with Gold, Silver, and Bronze tiers. Out of all tonkatsu restaurants in Japan, there's only one that won a Silver Award. Tonkatsu Manger not only won the award in 2023; they've won an award every year since they opened in 2017. After eating there, I completely understood why they were given the award.
