This is the third in a progressive series of spinal rehabilitation classes. The aim of these classes is to combine the spinal mobility and spinal stability classes that we run at Flint House to keep your back flexible and strong. The first 10-15 mins will be focused on back mobility and the second half will focus on spinal stability and strength. All you will need for this class is a mat, a head support and some flexible clothing.
