How to leak test induction sealed bottles? In line with ASTM F2338-24 standard test method, the Multi-Q utilises the vacuum decay method to identify leaks and defects in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) bottles containing tablets, capsules or caplets. The Sepha Multi-Q is a non-destructive and deterministic leak test solution that can identify gross holes and micron defects as low as 5 micron* in a range of plastic bottles. Using vacuum decay technology, the system offers a reliable and repeatable method to verify container closure integrity (CCI) of rigid bottles containing tablets, capsules or caplets. The Multi-Q can test a wide range of bottles made from HDPE, PET, and other plastics with different closure types including screw caps and inductions seals.
